MK-9022  Zinc containing anti wear hydraulic oil composite

This product is compounded with various additives such as antioxidants, antioxidant and anti-corrosion agents, rust inhibitors, and demulsifiers and defoamers.
It effectively delays the discoloration of the oil, improves its wear resistance and thermal oxidation stability; It has good filtration, hydrolysis stability, solubility, demulsification and anti foaming properties.
HM and HV anti wear hydraulic oils can be modulated according to the national standard GB/T111118.1-2011.

 

 

 

 

Product characteristics

We can formulate hydraulic oil products that meet the requirements of GB11118.1-2011 single-stage anti-wear hydraulic oil (L-HM), multi-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil (L-HV), and ultra-low temperature hydraulic oil (L-HS) using Class I–IV base oils, with viscosity grades including 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, etc. The recommended dosage ranges from 0.8% to 1.20% (mass fraction). We generally recommend a dosage of 0.8%, and we can appropriately increase the dosage under special operating conditions.

Product indicators

When storing, loading and unloading, and adjusting oil for this product, please refer to SH/T0164. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃; If stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45 ℃. This product is non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive. It is similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use, and does not require special protection.
