The Tiancheng Lubricant Additive Factory, located in GaoCheng District, Shijiazhuang City, has been officially registered and established. The factory is situated in Dongsi Industrial Park, Nandong Town, GaoCheng District. It is a lubricant additive manufacturing enterprise, and its core products include pour point depressant and viscosity index improve of lube oil.
The company has established a loose technical cooperation relationship with local chemical colleges in Hebei Province, successfully developing an economic ethanol regeneration additive formula. The product line has expanded to include gasoline additives and rust inhibitors. The sales network covers most provinces in the north, making the company a well-known additive manufacturer with significant advantages in the northern region.
The controlling shareholder established the Tianxing Jian Industrial Entity as a supporting measure. At the same time, they expanded the production workshop, with an annual production capacity exceeding 5,000 tons, thus breaking away from the reliance on a single type of automotive additive.
Establish a cross-border operation system, and simultaneously launch an independent official website www.motechshield.com. Implement a dual-entity operation model that distinguishes between the production factory (Tiancheng Oil) and the foreign trade brand Motechshield. The factory is responsible for production and research and development, while Motechshield is responsible for global foreign trade, brand promotion, and overseas customer service.
Focusing on the industrial lubricant additive sub-sectors, we have carried out specialized technical optimization for special additives for chain oil, hydraulic oil, and gear oil, addressing customers' concerns about oil loss, high-temperature oxidation, and low-temperature fluidity;
We have improved cross-border document services (FTA origin certificates, ocean shipping B/L, complete MSDS/TDS English technical materials), stabilizing services for long-term major customers in East Asia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Iran, etc., and simultaneously developing emerging markets in Europe;
