GL-4 75W/80 Vehicle Gear Oil Technical Test Report

1. Overview

This test report objectively organizes and conducts technical evaluation on the formula composition and key physicochemical performance indicators of the GL-4 75W/80 vehicle gear oil sample (Test Protocol No.: GL-4 75W/80).

All tests were completed by laboratory technician Liu Cuijuan. Test items cover formulation ratio, kinematic viscosity at 40℃ and 100℃, viscosity index, open cup flash point, Brookfield viscosity at -40℃, as well as KRL shear stability test. By means of objective data comparison and standardized visual character illustration, this report assesses whether the formulation meets the viscosity grade specifications of SAE 75W/80 and relevant technical requirements.
