is used to prepare ashless high-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil. With dosage 0.8%, it can formulate series of products with viscosity of N32, N46, N68 and N100. The product has passed the bench test evaluation of high-pressure pump,and it could meet below standards:

Application
- No zinc,no other metallic elements.It can be used to prepare high pressure ash-less AW hydraulic oil of high grade with dosage of 0.8%
2.Hydraulic oils modulated by it are mainly applied in the hydraulic system with plunger pump
pressure>30.0Mpa and vane pump pressure 14.0-17.5Mpa.
3.It is widely used in the hydraulic system of metallurgy, plastics, mines, and heavy engineering machinery and equipment, such as loaders, excavators, tippers, molding machines, presses and other machinery. It is an ideal power transmission medium, which can reduce the wear of hydraulic machinery, prolong the service life of machinery, reduce oil consumption, reduce costs and increase benefits.
Package Storage
The maximum temperature of this product during storage, loading, unloading and oil mixing shall not exceed 60 ℃; For long-term storage, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, and avoid water. This product is non- flammable and non-explosive. General precautions for handling chemicals should be followed during use. In case of contact with skin, wash thoroughly with detergent, soap and water.
